The 2025 Alumni Fair brought together nearly 800 members of the Pôle Léonard de Vinci community on the Paris-La Défense campus.
The event provided a unique opportunity for graduates and students from ESILV, EMLV, IIM, and De Vinci Executive Education schools to exchange ideas.
The Alumni Fair: intergenerational dynamics at the service of the network
The Pôle campus of De Vinci Higher Education hosted the 2025 edition of the Alumni Fair, organized by Devinci Alumni. This event brought together graduates from the classes of 1999 to 2025, who came to share their professional experiences with students on campus.
Throughout the event, participants were able to explore a wide variety of career paths and orientations.
The discussions highlighted the richness of their career paths, from international mobility to professional transitions and changes in position within various companies.
The 600 students in attendance engaged in numerous discussions with 170 graduates, 112 of whom were on hand to present their roles, their sectors of activity, and the opportunities offered by their organizations.
These moments helped to inform career choices, strengthen understanding of different professions, and broaden professional perspectives.
Companies represented: an overview of key sectors
The presence of representatives from industry, finance, digital technology, consulting, healthcare, energy, and transportation illustrated the openness of the Alumni network.
Air France, PwC, Valeo, Safran, Dassault Systèmes, Devoteam, Wavestone, VINCI Construction SI, Accor, Saint-Gobain, AP-HP, BPCE, Société Générale, Natixis CIB, Avanade, Amazon, Thales, Capgemini, and Siemens were among the companies that came to talk with students.
This wide range of organizations gave participants access to concrete feedback on employment trends, expected skills, and opportunities in France and internationally.
Each edition of the Alumni Fair is based on a dynamic of loyalty: many graduates return regularly to share their expertise and strengthen the network’s ties. This continuity is one of the pillars of the Alumni’s commitment and contributes to the strength of the Cluster’s ecosystem.
An event designed to support all career paths
In addition to direct exchanges, several initiatives helped to support participants’ professional projects.
Poletech offered professional portraits, allowing everyone to leave with a photo suitable for academic and professional use, particularly for CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
De Vinci Executive Education presented its range of training courses dedicated to skills development throughout one’s career, from professional specialisation to management programmes. The offer aims to support graduates at every stage of their development.
The Institute for Future Technologies also shared its areas of research, projects and collaboration opportunities for both students and graduates.
The evening ended with a convivial cocktail reception, providing an atmosphere conducive to further discussion. The musical entertainment provided by Musique Mix allowed discussions between graduates, staff and students to continue.
The ESILV alumni network
The ESILV alumni network brings together a committed community, structured around regular exchanges, support and professional opportunities.
Working graduates participate in campus life, welcome new generations into their teams, contribute to projects led by the school and maintain close ties with other members of the network.
This ongoing dynamic strengthens cohesion between graduating classes and supports career development throughout their careers.
Outlook for 2026: continuity of the network and new campus
The 2025 edition took place in a special context for the Pôle Campus: this year marks the preparation of the future Parc Campus, which will soon open its doors and welcome the next cohorts of students.
The next Alumni Fair will thus continue in this spirit of collaboration, benefiting from the campus’s renewed environment.
