ESILV is continuing to expand its international academic network with several new agreements signed in North America, Europe, Asia, North Africa, and Oceania. These partnerships involve universities renowned for their programmes in engineering, computer science, management, and digital technologies.
These new destinations complement the mobility opportunities offered as part of ESILV’s engineering programme.
New agreements with renowned international universities
Among the new partners is the University of California Berkeley Extension in the United States. The agreement provides for semester-long exchanges from autumn 2027 for several ESILV programmes. The institution is one of the most highly regarded public universities in the United States.

In Canada, ESILV is also strengthening its presence in North America through a partnership with Concordia University – Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science, in Montreal. The agreement includes semester-long exchange programmes and a dual degree for certain engineering programmes. The university is accredited by EQUIS and AACSB.

A stronger focus on Oceania and Asia
In Australia, a partnership has been established with Monash University, located in Melbourne. The university holds AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA accreditations and features in the QS World University Rankings 2026. Several ESILV programmes will be involved in the exchange schemes planned from 2027 onwards.

ESILV is also expanding its exchange programmes in New Zealand with the University of Waikato. This AACSB-, EQUIS- and AMBA-accredited university will be added to the list of available destinations from autumn 2027.

In Malaysia, an agreement has been signed with Monash University Malaysia, located in Subang Jaya. The institution features in the QS World University Rankings 2026 and offers a range of courses in technology and digital studies.

In South Korea, Keimyung University, based in Seoul, has also joined ESILV’s network of international partners. The exchange programmes will apply to the Grande École Programme from 2026 onwards.
New destinations in Europe
In the United Kingdom, ESILV is adding the University of Birmingham to its network of academic partners. The university holds AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS accreditations. Exchange programmes will be available across several courses from 2027.

In Denmark, an Erasmus+ partnership has been established with the University of Southern Denmark, based in Odense. The agreement provides for academic mobility as well as teaching and research exchanges.

In Romania, two new agreements have been signed to expand the range of European destinations available to engineering students: Politehnica University of Timisoara and Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu. These partnerships cover a number of programmes and courses in engineering and digital technology.

In Germany, ESILV has also added the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel (CAU) to its network of academic partners. This university, located in Kiel, has been added to the list of destinations available to students on the Financial Engineering degree programme under the Erasmus+ scheme. The agreement provides for academic mobility and exchanges between academic staff at both institutions.

Opening up new academic horizons
ESILV is also expanding its partnerships in North Africa with the South Mediterranean University in Tunis. This AACSB-, EFMD- and AMBA-accredited university will be added to the list of destinations on offer from spring 2027.

These new agreements open up new opportunities for international mobility within a variety of academic settings, in fields such as engineering, technological innovation, data and digital systems.

Study periods abroad play a key role in ESILV’s engineering curriculum. They enable students to engage with international academic environments and gain intercultural experience to complement their scientific and technological training.
The development of the international university network also reflects a commitment to diversifying the destinations available, in line with the pathways and specialisations offered at ESILV.
